New Haven

New Haven is a secret refuge, the only place that will accept the Marked Ones. It can only be reached by portal, and its rescue teams slip out into the wilderness to bring Marked refugees to safety.

The refuge

New Haven was founded by the mysterious Shadowman after the Black Night Incident, in a location it keeps secret. It is governed by its Leadership, and its rescue division sends out teams led by captains, with armed militia to protect the refugees on the way. Kiera serves as the rescue team's counsellor under Captain Ganeson.

To the Swordmasters, New Haven is a threat. Commander Jackal believes it is smuggling Marked Ones into the City to build an army and take the City over.
